ESP Composites Software - Terms of Agreement

  1. Terms and Conditions are subject to change and the user is responsible for ensuring compliance.
  2. Hidden sheets and protected VBA code may not be viewed, modified, utilized for development, or redistributed.
  3. All programs designated as Basic can be used in any environment.
  4. All programs designated as Advanced modules may be used for 15 days for evaluation purposes only. After this time, you must purchase the right to legally use the programs (companies and for-profit use). Individuals may use Advanced modules for free.
  5. Upon purchase of Advanced modulues, the purchased time period is continuous and starts from the date of purchase.
  6. An "individual" is considered to be one who is not using the software in a for profit environment. An "individual" is only to use the software for educational and career development purposes.
  7. The software comes "as is", with no warranties. None whatsoever. This means no express, implied or statutory warranty, including without limitation, warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose or any warranty of title or non-infringement.
